Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your order please contact us. Please note the following:

• Orders that are fulfilled and out for shipping cannot be cancelled. 

• PLEASE NOTE: Due to very quick turnaround, shipping may take place as soon as 1-2 hours after an order is placed, so please shop mindfully.

• To the extent permitted by law, no refunds will be provided for any products purchased over the website if you simply change your mind.

Once goods are purchased they are unable to be cancelled unless in accordance with our terms and conditions. No refunds will be provided for cancelled orders once payment has been made.

Returns 

We will refund within 30 days of purchase on full price items only. Sale, clearance and items on promotional pricing cannot be returned.

You may return your product to Status Symbol Apparel for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Products must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase with completed returns form and using the Australia Post return label provided.

Any item returned to Status Symbol Apparel must be:

- unworn and without damage;

- in it's original packaging

- with original tags attached

Exchange

We will exchange within 30 days of purchase on full price items only. Sale, clearance and items on promotional pricing can be exchanged.

You may return your product to Status Symbol Apparel for exchange of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Products must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase with completed exchange form and using the Australia Post return label provided.

Any item returned for exchange to Status Symbol Apparel must be:

- unworn and without damage;

- in it's original packaging

- with original tags attached

Once your item is returned, you will receive a credit note (sent to you via email) for use in our online store.

Minor Imperfections and Faults

Although highly unlikely, from time to time minor imperfections may occur during the manufacturing of our clothing. Minor imperfections are not deemed faulty and are not able to be returned for refund.

Should your clothing item reach you, and is faulty, please contact us to return the item and we will provide you with a replacement of the garment.
